Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County (HCC) is the public health affiliate of Franklin Community Health Network, working to improve the health and well-being of our families, neighbors and the communities where we live and work.
HCC uses a coordinated public health approach of education, promotion, and outreach. Its qualified staff of public health professionals offers health screenings, health information, and programs and events to support healthy lifestyles that prevent disease and improve quality of life. Its community outreach efforts appear in every town and corner of the region.
